1. Services

Harry & Lyss LLC provides professional photo and video services for:

Weddings and elopements

Real estate listings and commercial properties

Aerial (drone) photography and videography

Specific terms, including project scope, deliverables, and timelines, will be outlined in your individual service agreement.

2. Booking and Payment

A signed agreement and a non-refundable retainer are required to reserve your date or project.

The remaining balance is due on or before the date of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may result in fees or delays in delivery.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. The retainer is non-refundable. Additional refund or rescheduling terms, if applicable, will be outlined in your agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

All images, footage, and content created by Harry & Lyss LLC, as well as all website and marketing materials, are the intellectual property of Harry & Lyss LLC. Clients are granted usage rights as outlined in their agreement. Content may not be copied, altered, or redistributed without written consent.

5. Conduct on Site

Clients are responsible for providing a safe, respectful, and professional environment during all photo or video sessions. We reserve the right to stop services if conditions become unsafe or inappropriate.

6. Limitation of Liability

Harry & Lyss LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the contracted services.

7. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including extreme weather, illness, equipment failure, or government restrictions.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
